2. OPERATION

If the machine will not move at this point there are other problems. You will have to tow the
machine to safe area.
When you exchange connectors again, follow the procedure below.
• Push on the parking brake.
• Shut off the engine.
• Be sure the F-N-R lever is in neutral.
• Contact your servicing dealer.
IMPORTANT
Contact your Sakai Dealer to service the machine, after the machine is transported
to a safe place.
2.3.5 Stopping and parking
WARNING
• Avoid abrupt braking. Try to leave enough time for braking.
• Avoid parking on a grade.
• If necessary to park on a grade, block the drums to prevent unexpected moving
down the grade.
1) Bring the F-N-R lever to the neutral position

the machine will come to a halt.
CAUTION
The normal operation can be performed by using
the F-N-R lever, but step on the brake pedal in case
of emergencies.
IMPORTANT
After depressing the brake pedal, return the F-N-R
lever to the neutral position, otherwise the machine
will not start.
2) Press the parking switch button securely, and check
that indicator lamp illuminates.
