6.1. BACK GAUGE E-BRAKE MPB-RD100/101
The E-Brake is equipped with a powerful back gauge, tolerance-free ball-
circulating screw spindles, and tolerance-free linear ball-circulating guides, left
and right.

In the standard configuration the back gauge is equipped with a CNC operated X
axle and a CNC operated R axle. The X axle is driven by a gear wheel and
positioned by tolerance-free ball-circulating spindles. The height adjustment of
the R axle is driven and positioned by a belt assembly.
This standard version has tip-up fingers, which can be moved manually parallel
to the bending line (Z axis). Other options are CNC operated Z1/Z2 and Delta X
axles.

The frame structure allows for using finger stops along the entire working length.
The fingers are equipped with replaceable stop pins. There is also an extra gauge
option by which the gauge range can be extended up to 1,000mm.
