Position 3:
Two break mode
Light guard control, no blanking
Programmable two break mode
When there is no break for 30 seconds after the upper beam reached TDP,
the operator has to push the reset button to return to two break mode.
In this position can be chosen for one of the 3 following procedures:
In this position the light guard is during the whole stroke of the upper
beam active as safeguard.
In this position all the movements of the back gauge and upper beam start
when the light guard is interrupted and left 2x. (When switched into Two
break mode the X-axis should, at the first time, be set in position by
operating the foot pedal). Even when the light guard is interrupted during
return stroke, the system will take it to be the first and/or second break.
Autoretour (See TS-manual) has to be on.
If the light guard is interrupted and left 2x the upper beam will move
downwards with high speed (approach speed).
At the mute point will be switched over to bending speed. At BDP the upper
beam will return to TDP.
The light guard may not be interrupted during the whole downwards-
movement of the upper beam.
Because the light guard is active as safeguard, the maximum closing speed
of the upper beam is allowed to be higher than 10 mm/s.
In this position the light guard is not active, in this position all the
movements of the back gauge and upper beam start when the foot pedal is
pressed.
The light guard may be interrupted during the whole movement of the
upper beam.
Because the light guard is not active as safeguard, the maximum closing
speed of the upper beam is not allowed to be higher than 10 mm/s.
In this position the light guard is only active as safeguard during the first
part of the stroke of the upper beam (as far as the mute point)
