3. Re (add area)
The Re (add area) tool can be used to quickly highlight desired areas. This tool is extremely useful to define a
rectangle for the gripper area.
Tap and drag your finger or pointing device to draw rectangular shapes that will highlight available features.
4. Model area
The Model area button adds or removes features and edges from the collision detection area. The selected area is shown as
green on screen.
5. Gripper area
The Gripper area button adds or removes the clearance required for a gripper to pick up an object. The collision detection
area is shown as red on screen.
6. Garbage can
Tapping the garbage can icon will clear the object layer masks, thus deleting the selection areas.

The Parametric method is only available when the model is defined with the parametric teaching method.
1. To access the Gripper Clearance Validation menu, tap the Gripper Clearance Validation button.
