The Gripper Clearance Validation feature detects parts to avoid unwanted collisions between gripper and parts.
Warning
Gripper Clearance Validation applies to objects of the same modelbased on identical detection criteria. Other models or
objects present in the picture will be disregarded.

To set up Gripper Clearance Validation, you can align objects horizontally. This will optimize conditions for zooming and
drawing the area, which in turn will speed up the process.
Set up gripper clearance validation using either the Automatic or the Parametric methods.
Caution
Objects and their corresponding areas should be fully displayed on screen. Otherwise, they cannot be modified.
