AIM introduction
The Condensing wall boiler heat only
Rinnai aiM condensation is available in
four models, with a band of power from
65 to 150kW.
Rinnai aiM is suitable for all systems
of heating made in accordance to
EN12828 with a temperature maximum
flow equal to 85 ° C and one working
pressure of the system equal at
1.5bar. Thanks to the management
of the cascade integrated in the basic
electronics of the generator, with aiM
it is possible build large plants, up to a
maximum of 16 boilers in battery.
The condensation technique with which
range of generators works Rinnai
aiM is today among the most modern
and ecological existing technologies.
Compared to traditional boilers, those
condensing units reduce consumption of
fuel up to 30% and emissions pollutants
(NOx and CO2) up to 70%.
Traditional heat generators succeed
to use only part of the heat sensitive.
The water vapor generated from the
combustion process, estimated in about
1.3 kg per m³ of gas, yes disperses in
the atmosphere and with it the amount
of heat is also lost contained in it (latent
heat evaporation) which represents as
much as 11% of the energy released by
combustion.
On the contrary, the appliances
condensing, I am capable of recover
most of the heat of combustion.
To do this, they are equipped with an
exchanger which, properly studied
and designed, it is capable of cooling i
fumes below the dew point and lower
its temperature by issue. Through the
exchanger of heat, the heat generator
transfers to the water of the heating
system the heat obtained from
combustion gas (methane or LPG).
The strong combustion gas cooling
in the heat exchanger generates
condensation, allowing to obtain a high
yield. The water of condensate thus
formed, which it does not have negative
effects on the heat exchanger heat
made of stainless steel, is discharged
through an internal siphon.
The heat exchanger guarantees thus
the high efficiency of the exchange
thermal and is capable of opposing
a high resistance to the chemical
attack of condensation created during
combustion.
The flue gases are directed towards
the rear part of the exchanger of the
heat generator and they come out of
the boiler on the upper side through a
coaxial fitting Ø100 / 150.
The suitable management unit
automatically modulation to the heat
requirement of the system heating,
intervening constantly on the rotation
speed of the fan.
Adjusting the air mixture - fuel is
implemented by acting on rotation
speed of the fan, then the power is also
regulated employed, in order to obtain
a optimal combustion and therefore the
best possible efficiency.
Condensing appliances, hence, they
are significantly more efficient than
traditional ones and able to reduce fuel
consumption and therefore the operating
costs of the whole plant. Also, thanks
to modulation and the particular burner,
NOx emissions are reduced (Class
NOx 6) and CO2 in the atmosphere,
guaranteeing one step further in
environment protection.
