Installation instructions
General safety warnings
Hydraulic circuit
It is recommended to be especially careful in the event that
there is either an automatic or manual control valve , either
on the hot water flow branch, and on that back.
If there is:
1. Open the water valve or on the flow pipe or on the return
one (the final position must allow the flow of water).
ATTENTION: the knob must be directed into it direction of the
pipeline.
2. LEAVE THE VALVES AS THEY ARE, IF ALREADY
POSITION ON “OPEN”.
3. If the system is running, switch it to “standby” and close the
gas line valve as shown in the image above.
4. Contact authorized RINNAI personnel before put
everything back into operation!.
For correct and safe operation of the valve high pressure vent,
the correct order of the components to be installed must be:
i. Connection of the Vent Valve and Expansion Vessel
ii. Boiler Circulation Pump
iii. Filter (optional - but its use is recommended)
iv. Manual Shut-off Valve
The package contains a package containing the set high
relief valve accessory mounting pressure comprising 4
components.
Installation
For the correct installation of the external pump, using the use
of the Pump connection set, supplied, it is recommended to
follow the instructions below.

Connect to the return connection of the boiler the vent valve
kit, present inside the packaging of the appliance (fig.B)
As shown in fig. C, proceeding from top to bottom, the 1 ”1/4
M x 1” 1/4 fitting must be connected to this M (3) and the
Pump Connection Joint (4). The latter yes consists of two
parts, respectively 1 “1/4 F and 2” diameter F, present as
separate entities within the packaging. The union of these
parts, obtained by insertion, will allow the pump connection.
Attention: for a correct screwing it is necessary inserting the
gasket (5).
In the lower connection of the pump insert, following the order
shown, components (5) and (6) and finally the 1 ”1/4 M fitting
x 2 “F.
On the left side in fig. C, instead, the connections relative to
the flow pipe.
