Transporting the sound enclosure by
forklift truck or lifting cart
The sound enclosure can be transported by forklift truck or lifting cart in
compliance with the following conditions:
The forklift truck or lifting cart must be designed for the weight of the machi-
ne and the package.
▪ The driver of the forklift truck must be authorised to do so.
▪ Ensure that the tines are sufficiently long to pick up the sound enclosure
securely (corresponding to the dimensions of the sound enclosure).
NOTICE
The total weight of the welding machine together with the
sound enclosure is 136 kg.
Danger of damaging the installation site.
• Make sure that the installation site has the necessary
load-bearing capacity.

To transport by forklift truck or lifting cart:
– Remove the front panel (1).
– Move the tines of the forklift or lift truck below the corresponding lift
points on the sound enclosure.
– Drive the tines in far enough that they show through on the opposite
side.
– Ensure that the package or the sound enclosure cannot tip as a result
of an off-center centre of gravity. Secure if necessary.
– Lift the sound enclosure and start the transport.
