Welding modes
Under System Parameters / Option 1, the ultrasonic trigger (trigger) can be
set as pressure (force), travel, time or external for all welding modes. For
most applications, Force is the appropriate trigger option, in some cases
travel can be selected.
TIME MODE
In this mode, the welding process is ended after a set time.
Cycle
After the trigger has been reached, the welding process is triggered.
The welding process lasts from Start to the end of the programmed time.
TRAVEL MODE difference
In this operating mode, the welding process stops when a certain melt depth
is reached.
Cycle
After the trigger has been reached, the welding process is started.
From the trigger point, the welding process continues until the depth [ss] is
reached.
The actual travel value is analysed after the hold time (travel during solidifi-
cation is shown as the welding travel).
TRAVEL MODE absolute
In this operating mode the welding process is stopped by the absolute
distance from the rest position.
Cycle
After the trigger has been reached, the welding process is started.
From the trigger point, the welding process continues until the depth [ss] is
reached.
The actual travel value is analysed after the hold time (travel during solidifi-
cation is shown as the welding travel).
