Troubleshooting measures after

completion of work

The following steps must be taken after completion of troubleshooting tasks

and before restarting the machine:

– Check to make sure that all the loosened thread connections are

tightened. Tighten if necessary.

– Ensure that all previously removed protective equipment and covers

are correctly installed.

– Ensure that all tools and materials used during maintenance have been

removed from the working area.

– Clean the working area and remove any substances that escaped, such

as fluids, processing materials or similar and dispose of appropriately.

– Ensure that all safety equipment on the machine is correctly installed

and functions.

– Switch on machine.

WARNING

Danger to life from premature restart of the machine.

Danger of severe injury!
Risk of fatal injury!

▪ Prior to restarting the machine, ensure that no other per

sons are in the danger zone and/or reach into the danger

zone.
