The cycle is started by pressing the two-hand release. The output READY_
OUT is deactivated and the power loss measurement (Pv) is signalled by the
output US_ACTIVE_OUT.
After a successful Pv measurement, the solenoid valves (MV_1,2_OUT) are
actuated and the press leaves the rest position. This is signalled by the
output RESTPOS_OUT.
When the trigger pressure has been reached, the ultrasound starts. This is
signalled by the output US_ACTIVE_OUT.
If an error occurs during welding, the welding process is interrupted. The out-
put US_ACTIVE_OUT is deactivated and the output ERROR_OUT enabled.
By resetting the solenoid valve outputs MV_1,2_OUT, the press is returned
to the rest position. In addition to the error output, BAD_PART_COUNT_
OUT is also output to signal faulty welding. This signal remains active until
the next cycle starts.
The signal waiting at the input RESET_IN can be acknowledged to reset the
error. When there are no more errors waiting, the generator signals this with
the output READY_OUT.
