Terms of warranty
With the delivery of the machine, RINCO ULTRASONICS AG has assumed
a warranty obligation according to VSM (Swiss Machine Manufacturer
Association).
The following requirements must be met for RINCO ULTRASONICS AG to
fulfill its warranty obligations:
▪ The user must have knowledge of the content of these operating instruc
-
tions.
▪ The instructions and warnings in these operating instructions must be
observed.
▪ Unauthorised conversions or modifications to parts of the device, the
oscillator system and the generator are not permitted.
The manufacturer will make final decisions on warranty claims following the
return or return shipment of all defective components, or following an on-site
inspection if necessary.
The replacement of defective parts does not extend the warranty of the
machine.
Modifications or significant repairs by the operator or third parties undertaken
without the written consent of the manufacturer void the warranty.
