8-3. Disposal of products
When the OHC-800 is disposed of, it must be treated properly as an industrial waste in accordance with the
local regulations and other requirements.
Before disposing of the OHC-800, remove the following coin-type battery installed in it.

Nominal voltage: 3 V
Standard capacity: 36 mAh
Removal procedure
Remove the main controller unit. The battery is located in the
back of the unit as shown in the figure on the right. A resin
case covers the battery. Since the resin case is bonded to the
PCB, remove it using a pair of pliers, flat-blade screwdriver etc.
Slide the battery sideways to remove it. Dispose of the
removed battery after wrapping insulating tape around it.
