RN.341.MY general information
The RN.341.MY card is the bridge to Yamaha digital audio products.
Information about the compatibility and interoperability with Yamaha products can be found on the

Please consult the operating manual of the Y amaha host product before inserting t he RN.341.MY
interface card.
The RN.341.MY interface cards are inserted in the respective card slot of the Yamaha host product. In
order to use the in- and outputs of the card slots the Yamaha host product needs to be configured in a
certain way, i.e. the card slots need to be activated and the channels need to be routed within t he
respective Yamaha host product.
RN.341.MY Installation
•
Start with s witching off the power of the Y amaha host product and removing the Y amaha
products’ power cord from the socket.
•
Remove the cover plate of the Yamaha host products’ expansion card slot to expose the ex-
pansion connections.
•
Discharge any built-up static charge of your body by touching a metal casing that is connected
to earth.
•
Remove the RN.341.MY interface card from its protective anti-static sleeve.
•
Slide the RN. 341.MY interface card into place, aligning the sides of the card with the support
guides in the expansion slot.
•
Push the RN.341.MY interface card firmly in plac e to attach the multi-pin connectors on t he
card to the counterpart on the expansion slot backplane on the Yamaha host product.
•
Use the screws of the original cover plate to secure the RN.341.MY interface card.
•
Power-up the Yamaha host product.
•
Connect the RN.341.MY interface card to a RockNet audio network via the Link Input and Link
Output connectors.
Always power-off the Yamaha host product before removing the RN.341.MY interface card.
