Setting the reference mass by determining it from a sample

of specified quantity

While determining the mass of a single piece

ACAI

function (Automatic

Accuracy Correction) is in use.

Means of operation of ACAI function:

−

Number of pieces (on adding) on balance weighing pan has to be

greater than before

−

Number of pieces (on adding) on balance weighing pan must be less

than twice the amount displayed before adding parts

−

Current quantity of parts must be within the

0,3 tolerance of the total

value,

−

Measurement result has to be stabilised.

Procedure:

•

Place the container on the pan and tare its mass,

•

Press one F button to which the function <ENTER SAMPLE> is

assigned, wait to see the editing window <SAMPLE QUANTITY>

•

Use navigating buttons

to select the correct sample

quantity.

•

For option: sample quantity (displayed value <0000>) enter any numer

using navigating buttons.
