Installing a power supply

The basic configuration of the R220 supports two power supplies.

Figure 3 on page 8

shows

the power supply locations.

To install a power supply, follow these steps:

1. Disconnect the power cable that is plugged to the power supply module before

installation, if applicable.

2. Push the module into the system until the side latch is fully seated. See

.

3. Insert the power cable and secure it to the cable retainer, if applicable.
