Instrument Setup and Calibration

QIAgility User Manual 11/2011

Click on the “Locate Ejector” button.

Open the instrument lid and ensure that the worktable

has been cleared.

Click on the “Yes” button. The automated calibration

procedure will start.

Once the X- and Y-axis positions have been located, the

following message will appear.

Check the pipetting hub position. If it is located correctly,

click on the “Yes” button to continue. The Z-axis position

will now be located. The “Tip Ejector Calibration” dialog

box will reappear. Proceed to step 14.
