Installing Steel Cross Ties

Position gusset plate over
holes in stand.

Insert 1 ½” hex head
screws with flat washers.

Position a double nut
clamp inside stand leg.

Tighten hex head screws
into it.

Position a double nut
clamp on back side of
gusset plate.

Insert hex head screws
loosely into holes.

Slide unistrut into place.

Tighten hex head screws.

Installing Stabilizers to Leveling Feet for Steel Stands

Use holes 2” apart.

Insert 1” hex head screws
with 3/8” washers through
top of foot and into clamp.

Slide double nut clamp into
unistrut.

Tighten hex screws.
Fine adjustment using the leveling feet is not available once stabilizers are installed.
