Bottom Mounts

Attaching Bottom Mounts to Conveyor

Loosen set screws on bot-
tom of mount.

Slide bottom mount into
conveyor‘s flange.

Ensure mount is in correct
position on mounting sur-
face before tightening set screws.

Tighten set screws.

Mounting to Steel Stand

Position bottom mount onto
stand.

Insert socket head cap
screws through washers
and stand top plate.

Thread hex nuts into screws
from underside of top plate.

Tighten socket head cap
screws to secure mount
in place.
If Stand is only 2” wider than conveyor, then slots off center of Stand’s Top Plate should be used for mounting.

Face Mounting Bottom Mounts

Place conveyor with bottom
mount against mounting
surface.

Insert 5/16” diameter
screws into holes on bot-
tom mount‘s face. (Screws not
included)
3
Tighten to mounting
surface.
