The metering pump suction line is fed, bubble-free into the measuring cylinder.
1.
Record the fluid level in the measuring cylinder.

[arrow keys]
to the menu
item
„calibration quantity“
and press key
[P]

Change from the menu item
„quantity corr. factor“
using the
[arrow keys]
to the menu item
„quantity meas. Value“
and press key

„actual volume“
appears.
4.
Start the metering pump.
Select the number of strokes so that the reading error at the measuring cylinder (half of
the smallest readable volume graduation divided by the metered total volume) is smaller
than the Dulcoflow measurement error.
5.
Stop the metering pump.
6.
Record the fluid level in the measuring cylinder and calculate the difference.
7.
Press key
[P]

„nominal volume“

Adjust the value in the menu item
„nominal volume“
using the
[arrow keys]
based on this dif‐
ference and press the
[P]
key.

„corr. factor“
appears. It shows the calculated correction factor.
9.
Press key

, to return to the continuous display.
It is also possible to manually calculate the correction factor and enter it directly under
„entry“
