cleaned state and with flushed hydraulic

parts - refer to the chapter "Decommis‐

sioning"!
Only send the unit complete with a filled in

Decontamination Declaration form. The

Decontamination Declaration constitutes

an integral part of an inspection / repair

order. A unit can only be inspected or

repaired when a Decontamination Declara‐

tion Form is submitted that has been com‐

pleted correctly and in full by an authorised

and qualified person on behalf of the oper‐

ator.
The "Decontamination Declaration Form"

can be found in the Appendix or under
