applied. Replicate sets are automatically determined for the Knowns, Unknowns and Blanks based on name,
concentration/dilution factor and well type.
In the example above, replicate Unknown wells A1, A2, E1 and E2 have the same name (S1) but different dilution
factors. Wells A1 and A2 have a dilution factor of 100; E1 and E2 have dilution factor of 200. Therefore, after
applying

, wells A1 and A2 are now denoted with a superscript 1 and wells E1 and E2 are now
denoted with a superscript 2 (also see Figure 52).

Analysis software can analyze and graph a single experimental data set. If your plate contains multiple
experimental data sets, group them individually. After grouping, all wells not in a single experimental data set will
be excluded from analysis. To group the next set, simply select the next experimental data set and apply well
grouping again. When multiple groups exist on a single plate, name text will be color coded to indicate individual
groups (Figure 54).
