From this screen the user will define the curve fit type, units, well types,
concentrations/dilution factors and names in the analysis template.
f. Touch the drop-down menu at the top left side of the screen to select the Curve Fit type for this tem-
plate. Options include:
Linear Standard Curve:
The user can specify samples with known concentration that define a linear
standard curve and samples with unknown concentration. The concentration of unknown samples will
be interpolated from the raw data values based on the linear standard curve.
Linear Response:
The user can specify samples with known concentration, and the data will be plotted
using a linear relationship between concentration and raw data value.
Dose Response EC-50/IC-50:
The user can specify samples with known concentration, and the data
will be plotted using a four-parameter curve fit relationship between concentration and raw data value.
