ENERAL PRECAUTIONS
1.1
CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS
Before performing any operation on the machine, implement all the safety stan‐
dards, precautions and instructions described in the manual.
1.2
FOLLOW THE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all the safety messages in this manual and the safety signs on the machine.
Check that the safety signs are in good condition, replacing any missing or dama‐
ged signs.
Make sure that when replacing any components or fitting new equipment, the
safety signs are correct.
Learn the correct way to operate the machine and use the controls.
Do not allow any unauthorised or not specifically trained persons to operate and/or
perform maintenance on the machine.
1.3
CLOTHING AND PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Avoid wearing loose clothing, rings, watches or anything else that may get caught
in moving parts. Also avoid wearing oil‐ or fuel‐stained garments, as these are rea‐
dily flammable.
When using the machine or performing maintenance, wear a hard hat, glasses and
safety footwear, a mask, gloves and acoustic earmuffs.
When working for a period of 8 hours with a noise level over 85 dBA, always wear
suitable ear protection.
1.4
UNAUTHORISED MODIFICATIONS
It is strictly prohibited to make any modifications to the machine that may compro‐
mise its operation and safety.

sed by unauthorised modifications.
1.5
SAFETY VALVES
It is strictly prohibited to modify and/or tamper with the safety and control valves
on the hydraulic system.
Hinowa
is not liable for any damage to people, things and
to the machine when the standard adjustments of the hydraulic valves are changed.
