Channel level setting

The Auto MCACC featu r e (see p age 22) should
give you the best su rr ound sound setu p .
Howeve r you may find that by fu r the r
adjustment of the channel levels you can
im
pr ove the su rr ound sound in you r listening
r oom.
This method of setting the channel levels
allows you to listen to a sou
r ce and adjust the
levels of each p layback channel.
The test tone method can also be used to
adjust channel levels.

1 Open the ‘Sound Setup’
menu.
2 Select ‘ChannelLevel’, then press
ENTER.

to select a channel

to adjust the level of that channel.
• You can adjust the level of each channel by
±10 dB.
4 Press once when you’re finished.
• If you use the Auto MCACC featu r e again,
it will ove r w r ite the settings you have made
he r e.
Speaker distance setting
The Auto MCACC featu r e (see p age 22) should
give you the best su rr ound sound setu p .
Howeve r you may find that by fu r the r
adjustment of the s p eake r distance settings
you can im pr ove the su rr ound sound in you r
listening r oom.
Set the distance of each s p eake r f r om you r
no r mal listening p osition.
1 Open the ‘Sound Setup’
menu.
2 Select ‘Distance’, then press
ENTER.
3 Use
/
to select a speaker or
/
to adjust the distance.
Each s p eake r can be adjusted f r om
0.1m
to
9.0m .
4 Press ENTER when you’re finished.
• If you use the Auto MCACC featu r e again,
it will ove r w r ite the settings you have made
he r e.
Note
1 The Channel level setting is not available when head p hones a r e connected.
2 No test tone is out p ut when audio is muted.
