E605, E606
Cause:
• The combination of the version of Laser Marker NAVI smart and the
model or version of the laser marking system is not supported.
• The function set with Laser Marker NAVI smart cannot be used with
this model of the laser marking system.
Remedy:
Use the right version of Laser Marker NAVI smart with the laser marking
system model in use.
E607
Cause:
The sensor signals are invalid. The line speed cannot be detected.
Remedy:
• Make sure the first sensor in moving direction is connected to
ENCODER A IN (X13) and the second sensor is connected to
ENCODER B IN (X14) of the TERMINAL connector.
• Turn on ENCODER B IN (X14) within 10s from the signal input at
ENCODER A IN (X13).
• Input the signal at TRIGGER IN (X5) after turning on ENCODER B IN
(X14) within the set timeout period.
Applies to LP-RC, LP-RF, LP-RV only.
E608
Cause:
The counter value may not be updated because the laser marking
system was turned off during the marking process.
Remedy:
• Check the current value of the counter.
• Do not turn off the laser marking system during the marking.
E609
Cause:
The marking data could not be saved correctly because the laser
marking system was turned off during saving.
Remedy:
• Check the file and the setting values.
• Overwrite the file.
• Do not turn off the laser marking system while saving a file.
