Activating the Emergency Alarm

Use the system after confirming that each device is properly installed.

Note

If the Emergency button or an expanded Emergency button is pressed

How to restore the emergency button on the base unit

When the Emergency button or an expanded 
Emergency button is pressed, the base unit 
and the cordless handset of the door phone 
report the state of emergency.

(pee-paw, pee-paw, pee-paw) 

Emergency.

The emergency indication will turn off after 
approximately 3 minute and the periphery of 
the MENU button will flash in red.

If the pressed emergency button is restored, 
the alarm message automatically stops, and 
the periphery of the MENU button and the 
alarm indicator lamp on the handset of the 
door phone will turn off.

●

The Emergency button, the periphery of the 

MENU button and the alarm indicator lamp 
will keep flashing until the pressed 
emergency button is restored. 

●

It is also possible to turn off the emergency 

indication within 3 minutes. (     Page 75)

●

If the expanded emergency button is 

pressed, the emergency button on the base 
unit will not flash.

Press the Alarm Stop button. (It is also 
possible to stop the alarm sound from the 
manager room.)

Check the details on the 
alarm and take necessary 
measures such as 
notifying neighbors 
of the alarm.

●

It is also possible to disable the alarm 
message playback. (the alarm will still 
appear on the display.)

●

It is possible to delay the report to the 
manager room and the handset of the door 
phone for 30 seconds.

Consult with the company that installed the 
system or the administrating company.
