Troubleshooting

Measures

Open the windows and door to ventilate the room.

Contact the company that installed the system or the administrating company.

Turn on the breaker.

Wipe the insecticide with a soft cloth. It takes a while for the alarm message to stop.

The product is not defective. The voice may be interrupted in noisy environments.

Note

Check which part was pressed and restore the emergency push button or expanded emergency push button.

Use the

Brightness button

to adjust it.

Note

See page 27 for details about the Brightness button .

Reduce the electricity usage.

Note

Check the display by pressing the

MENU button

and take appropriate measures.

Set the call volume to High.

Note

See page 29 for details about the call sound volume setting.

Change the location of the stove.

Wipe the detergent with a soft cloth. If it keeps sounding, contact the company installed the system or the administrating company.

Open the windows and door to ventilate the room.

See disarming the security alarm page 84.

Turn on the breaker.

Because the gas is temporary, the alarm message stops after waiting for a while. Open the windows and door to
ventilate the room.

Install it firmly. Contact the company that installed the system or the administrating company if there is no
abnormality (e.g. the main unit is removed, etc.).

The restoration procedure is shown on page 85.

Disarm the security alarm, and firmly close the windows
and door.

Check which part was pressed and contact the company installed the system or the administrating company if
there is no problem with the push button.

See pages 38-41 and 45 for details about "When a Parcel Is Delivered in the Parcel Box", "When There is

a Message from the Manager Room (Notice)", "Video or Sound Was Recorded while You Were Away",

The product is not defective. The screen display/audio may be degenerated when affected by strong radio
