The base unit shows the
indication on the screen, and
plays a gong sound followed
by an announcement

Press the OFF button during the
announcement to end the announcement.
Maximum 3 minutes of announcement is
possible.
The announcement will be automatically
recorded.

This function plays announcements from the manager room as "General Announcement" or
"Emergency Announcement".

Announcements may be interrupted when
any of the following applies.

■

There is a call from the cordless handset of
the door phone with or without a camera
(only for the general announcement).

■

Any alerts have been issued.

■

When there is an announcement while
being called or talking, the announcement is
not played if it is a general announcement.
However, sound is recorded. If it is an
emergency announcement, the
announcement is played by interrupting the
conversation.
