Managing Residents
Move in New Residents
1. Login as Administrator.
2. Click on Wizard Tab.
3. Click on Move in New Resident Button.
4. Select Location Resident will be move into.
5. Click on Continue Button.
6. Type in resident First and Last name.
7. Click on OK, Move in Button.
8. If Possible Duplicate Residents Found, come up verify resident information.
9. Click on circle next to Move i n New Resident ‘Resident Name’.
10. Click on Continue Button.
11. If moving more than one resident in, click on Move in Another Resident Button.
12. If moving in only one resident click on Done Button.
Moving Out Residents
1. Login as Administrator.
2. Click on Wizard Tab.
3. Click on Move Out Resident Button.
4. Select Resident to move out.
5. Click on Continue Button.
6. Verify resident information for resident being moved out.
7. Click on Yes, Move Out Button.
8. Click on Done Button.
Note: When a resident is moved out and personal devices assigned to the resident are
automatically unassigned and can be assigned to another resident.
Updating Resident Info
1. Login as Administrator .
2. Click on Wizard Tab.
3. Click on Update Resident’s Info Button.
4. Select Resident to Update.
5. Click on Continue Button.
6. Update desired info.
7. Click on OK, Save Button.
8. Click on Done Button.
