Facility’s Administrator Password
1. Login as Tech Support .
2. Click on the Configuration Menu.
3. Click on the Config Params Tab.
4. Locate “ site.user.administrator.password ” in the Param Name field for the table.
5. Double click in the Param Value field for “ site.user.administrator.password ”.
6. Type in the new information.
7. Click the “ Save ” button to save changes.
Facility’s Support Password
1. Login as Tech Support .
2. Click on the Configuration Menu.
3. Click on the Config Params Tab.
4. Locate “ site.user.techSupport.password ” in the Param Name field for the table.
5. Double click in the Param Value field for “ site.user.techSupport.password ”.
6. Type in the new information.
7. Click the “ Save ” button to save changes.
Time Settings
Time Zone
By default, the facility’s Time Zone is configured to US Central Standard Time. The Time Zone
will have to be changed if the facility is not in the US Central Standard Time Zone. Below shows
how to change the facility’s Time Zone.
1. Login as Tech Support .
2. Click on the Configuration Menu.
3. Click on the Config Params Tab.
4. Locate “ site.timeZone.gmtPlusMinus ” in the Param Name field for the table.
5. Double click in the Param Value field for “ site.timeZone.gmtPlusMinus ”.
6. Type in the time zone value.
7. Click the “ Save ” button to save changes.
