Facility Information and Settings

Overview

Facility Information is used to personalize PalatiumCare for the facility.

Facility Information that is kept in the system about the Facility is the Facility's

name,

address

phone number

fax number

web site

, and

time zone

Facility Settings used by PalatiumCare are the facility's maintenance e-mail address, discovery
time for location devices, and discovery time for personal devices.

Facility Caregiver, Administrator, and Support password can also be changed.

Notes

How to Change Facility Information & Settings

Facility’s Name

Click on the

Configuration

Menu.

Click on the

Config Params

Tab.

Locate “

site.longName

” in the

Param Name

field for the table.

Double click in the

Param Value

field for “

Type in the new information.

Click the “

Save

” button to save changes.
