Registering Wireless Repeater
1. Opening the top cover, use a small flat driver to snap onto the sides as shown in
figure 2.0
2. Remove jumper before plugging the battery.
3. Ensure Repeater battery plug is plugged in and power light is on.
4. Log on to a PalCare computer for registering Wireless Repeater.
5. Login as Tech Support .
6. Click on the Tech Support Tab.
7. Click on the NID Tab.
8. Click on the check box for Change the NID .
9. Click on the Dropdown Box and Select 7 .
10. Click on the Send NID to Network Controller .
11. Click on the Wizard Menu.
12. Click on the Update Repeaters Button.
13. Click on the Add New Device Button.
14. Click on the Ready Button.
15. Press the Reset Button on the Wireless Repeater.
16. Verify the Serial # on the screen matches the one on the Wireless Repeater.
17. Click on the Ok, Register It Button.
18. Assign Repeater a number and type it in the Location Name as well as the Repeater
itself.
19. Click on the Save Locations Name Button.
20. Repeater should show up on UID after saving Location Name .
