Safety Information 

AccuScreen PRO User Manual

the instrument to an authorized distributor or representative and 
bear the cost of shipping.

This warranty does not cover breakage or failure due to tampering, 
misuse, neglect, accidents, modification or shipping and is void if 
the instrument is not used in accordance with the manufacturer's in-
structions.

Please return your instrument to your local distributor or represent-
ative for warranty attention!

Important:

The warranty will become void if the probe cleaning instructions are 
not strictly adhered to. If the probe is not regularly cleaned as direct-
ed in the instructions, cerumen may result in blockage of the probe, 
where sensitive components are contained and could be damaged.

13.3

Repair, after-sales service and regular checks

If the AccuScreen PRO as such is found to be defective or in some 
way varies from the manufacturer's specifications, an authorized 
dealer will repair, replace or re-calibrate the instrument at no cost to 
the purchaser while the AccuScreen PRO is within the warranty pe-
riod. 

Service and repair of electro-medical equipment should only be car-
ried out by the equipment manufacturer or by authorized represent-
atives. The manufacturer reserves the right to disclaim all 
responsibility for the operation safety, reliability and performance of 
equipment serviced or repaired by other parties.

13.3.1

Declaration

All devices type AccuScreen PRO should be checked and calibrated 
annually through a service center authorized by the manufacturer.

13.3.2

Service and repair

Service and repair of electromedical equipment should be carried 
out only by the equipment manufacturer or by authorized repre-
sentatives.

The manufacturer reserves the right to disclaim all responsibility for 
the operating safety, reliability and performance of equipment serv-
iced or repaired by other parties. Following repair, a qualified elec-
tronics engineer should verify the safety of all equipment.

Calibration should be performed annually by suitably qualified per-
sonnel using the appropriate equipment.
