11.2.2 Date/Time
1. Select
Date/Time
to see the date and time.
2. To change the setting, use
SELECT
to select the appropriate
unit. Use the navigating arrows to step up or down the value
of the date and time units selected.
3. Press
OK
to confirm and return to the
SETTINGS 1
menu.
MENU
will store the change and return you to the
Main
Menu
.
11.2.3 Date/Time format
1. Select
Date/Time format
to see how the date and the time
setting is shown on the screen. If required, scroll to select
another format.
2. Press
OK
to confirm and return to the
SETTINGS 1
menu.
MENU
will return you to the
Main Menu
without storing the
new setting.
BACK
will return you to the
SETTINGS 1
menu
without storing the new setting.
11.2.4 Background Lighting (Display)
• Select
Backlight
to switch the background lighting on or off.
Select and press
OK
.
The background lighting will light up shortly and switch off
automatically after 20 seconds if the keys are not touched.
MENU
will return you to the
Main Menu
without storing the
new setting.
BACK
will return you to the
SETTINGS 1
menu
without storing the new setting.
11.2.5 Sounds
1. Select
Sounds
to switch on or off the key click and/or the jin-
gles (indicating termination of test). Use the Pass/Refer jingles
to save time from checking the display.

Sounds off
All sounds/jingles are switched off.
•
Key click
Pressing a button will produce a sound (a click).
