Before You Start

AccuScreen PRO User Manual

Operating temperature

The ideal operating temperature ranges from 5 to 35ºC (40 to 95ºF).

4.4

Storing the AccuScreen PRO

Store the AccuScreen PRO and accessories in the soft case provided

to protect the equipment from damage.

Store the AccuScreen PRO at a temperature between 0 and 40ºC (32-

104ºF).

Extreme storage or operating temperatures may cause the display to
crack (in extremely cold conditions) or affect the calibration of the in-
strument.

4.5

Battery

Charge up the battery completely before using the equipment for the

first time. Please use only the recommended charger.

The NiMH battery pack guarantees approximately 10 hours of oper-
ating time.

4.5.1

Battery test

•

Press

OK

to switch on the AccuScreen PRO. The device auto-

matically performs a battery test.

If the necessary minimum voltage should drop, the message
"Change battery" appears in the display and the AccuScreen
switches off automatically. Change the NiMH battery pack
and recharge it as soon as possible.

•

If the battery symbol appears in the top right corner of the dis-
play, you can no longer activate any functions other than
going through the menu. Change the NiMH battery pack and
recharge it as soon as possible.
