Automatic Mode
The Automatic Mode screen displays during the program cycle. From the Polishing / Truing Program
Setup screen, tapping [Run Program] and pressing
CYCLE START
will force the machine from Manual
Mode to Automatic Mode.
The Automatic Mode screen (Figure 7-5) will display axis position, spindle speed and load information,
cycle time, and program lines. The program line highlighted in grey is currently being processed. The
Progress bar indicates the percent of the program that is complete.
Overriding the feed rate will impact the total processing time, however, the Estimated Time is based on
100% Feed Rate and will not update to reflect the override.
