Set default settings

This option will set the PTP CPU and the Switch CPU back to default settings and reboot the
whole device.

The default network settings are:

PTP CPU
IP: 192.168.10.2
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gw: 192.168.10.1

Switch CPU:
IP: 192.168.10.1
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gw: 192.168.10.1

Note that if you do this on multiple devices in the same network you may encounter IP
address conflicts since the IP address of several devices may be equal.
