0 = PWM channel 3 trigger ADC function Disabled.
1 = PWM channel 3 trigger ADC function Enabled.
PWM can trigger ADC to start conversion when PWM counter up count to CNR if
this bit is set to 1.
Note:
This function is only supported when PWM operating at Center-aligned type.
