FRAME MAINTENANCE – REPAIR OF MAIN FRAME 

ROUTINE WELD REPAIR 

 

7.  Allow area to cool slowly (eight hours minimum).  Cover with a heat blanket or other 

suitable  insulation.   

FAILURE  TO  DO  SO  MAY  CAUSE  CRYSTALLIZATION  OF 

THE WELD AND SUBSEQUENT BREAKAGE.
