GENERAL MAINTENANCE  

REFER TO IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION SECTION 

 

DAILY INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE 

The functions the Material Processor performs are demanding in tough environments.  

Therefore,  it  is  extremely  important  that  the  following  maintenance  and  inspection 

procedures be performed daily. 

 

 

Grease all lubrication points!

  Use moly EP2 or equivalent grease.  For lubrication 

points, see 

“GENERAL MAINTENANCE”

, 

“LUBRICATION POINTS”

. 

 

  Check for oil leaks at the cylinder piston rod (c3), the machined surfaces 

(145)

 and
