Manual for Multichannel Ultrasonic Pile Integrity Tester

parameters which have been set, press Cancel for not. Other 
parameters need to be set for only once and it is not required to set 
every time.    Default of each parameter is the value set at last time. 

1.  Sampling interval 

Select Sampling interval from 17 options including 0.025, 0.05, 

0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8, 1.6, 3.2, 6.4, 12.8, 25.6, 51.2, 102.4, 204.8, 409.6, 
819.2 and 1638.4. The default is 0.8

2.  Number of waveform points 

Number of sample points of collected single-channel waveform 

every time: there are 4 options (512, 1024, 2048 and 4096). The 
default is 1024. (Suggestion: Do not input large value without special 
requirement, otherwise it will negatively affect the speed in dynamic 
collection) 

3.  Transmit voltage 

Select excitation voltage value when ultrasonic stimulated 

emission transducer generates ultrasonic pulse, there are several 
options including 65, 250, 500 and 1000.  The default is 500V, 
which is applicable to most test conditions. If other test conditions 
remain unchanged, the higher transmit voltage is, the stronger 
received signal is.   

4.  Test direction 

It may select test upward or downward. The default is upward.
