Manual for Multichannel Ultrasonic Pile Integrity Tester

2. Ultrasonic data processing: 

1) Double click the icon of “Ultrasonic Data Processing System” 

on the computer desktop and enter the analysis software 
selection menu   

2) Click the “Combined Method for Testing Strength” button 

and enter the ultrasonic-rebound combined method for 
testing strength data process software and open the test data. 

3) Set project and object information 
4) Adjust the correction value of acoustic time (if the initial 

readings for acoustic time have been input to the instrument, 
this step can be skipped); 

3. Rebound data processing 

1) If the digital display rebound instrument is applied, the data in 

the rebound instrument shall be transmitted to the computer 
by using U disk or “data transmission” software in the 
computer; and then the rebound data shall be imported to 
the “Combined Method for Testing Strength” software via 
the “file-read rebound data” in the software. 

2) If the normal mechanical rebound is applied, switch to the 

“Rebound Data” view directly in the “Combined Method for 
Testing Strength” software and input 16 rebound values in 
each measuring area.
