Ultrasonic-rebound combined method

for testing concrete strength

F1.2.1 Preparation before test

1. Personnel division

Firstly, the test personnel shall be divided, specifically; one

person is responsible for the general equipment operations (including
ultrasonic instrument and rebound instrument) and on-spot records,
one for placing the transmitting transducer and one for placing the
receiving transducers.

2. On-site data and information collection

1) Project name, design, construction, construction and

entrusting unit name;

2) Construction drawings, structure or component name and

designed concrete strength grade;

3) Cement varieties and consumption, Varieties and

specifications grain diameter of gravel and sand, varieties
and mixing amount and other parameters of additives or
admixtures, concrete composition;

4) Template type, concrete molding date, as well as concrete

pouring and maintenance;

5) Reasons description for detecting structure or component.
