6.7.5  Correcting the scan field 

 

Tools 

  Laser safety glasses appropriate to the laser in use 

  Several sheets of metal with a thickness of 0.2 mm as a work piece 

  Microscope 

 

Requirement 

  The nozzle incl. the protective glass has to be mounted to the scan head. 

 

Procedure 

1.  Parametrize the laser for processing the work piece with minimal effect, 

i.e. with average power and pulse repetition rate as low as possible. 

2.  Insert the work piece. 
3.  In InScript in the 

Navigator 

view, select the controller. 

4.  In InScript in the main menu, click
