CAUTION

Parametrize the laser for visual set up with average power and pulse
repetition rate as low as possible.

5. Adjust the polarization via the 2 levers at the polarization unit inside the scan
head.
TIP
Set only one of the levers with each repetition of the steps.
6. Measure the polarization with the Glan-Thompson polarization meter.
7. If the laser beam is
not
circularly polarized then repeat this procedure from

else the polarization is circular now.
8. Switch off the laser beam:
