1. Switch or turn off :

b.  Process gas and purge gas supplies
c.  Cooling water supply

2. Disconnect at the scan head:

a. Electrical lines
b. Gas lines; see also section

c. Cooling water lines; see also section

on page

3. It is not necessary to drain the scan head from the remaining cooling water. The

couplings are self-sealing.
