Standard Or Buzz Drive Wheel Installation
The following instructions are for installing the “Standard
Drive Wheel” accessory for all models of the Power Sweep
To install the “Standard Drive Wheel”, proceed as follows:
NOTE
If you are switching from the
Buzz Wheel Drive Wheel
Option
to the
Standard Drive Wheel Option
or the other
way around, the dis-assembly is the same with the excep
-
tion of the weight difference. Installation for the first time is
also the same.

(1) 9/16” Socket
(1) 9/16” Open End Wrench
(1) 3/8” Ratchet

(1) 3/8” Pneumatic or Battery
Powered Impact Wrench
(1) Torque Wrench
(1) Lifting Device
(1) Lifting Strap (100 lb or
greater)
DANGER
NEVER ENTER BIN UNLESS ALL POWER IS LOCKED
OUT AND ANOTHER PERSON IS PRESENT.
Exposed auger and moving parts can cause severe in-
jury or death. Rotating augers are dangerous! Flowing
grain may trap and suffocate.
FAILURE TO HEED THIS WARNING MAY CAUSE SERI-
OUS INJURY OR DEATH.
DANGER
ROTATING AUGER HAZARD KEEP AWAY
To prevent serious injury or death from rotating
augers:
1. Do not enter bin unless power is locked out.
2. Turn machine OFF, shut down and lock out power
source, unplug power cord and wait for all moving parts
to stop before inspecting, servicing or repairing machine.
3. Keep body, hair, and clothing away from moving parts.
4. Stay away from rotating augers. Keep others away.
FAILURE TO HEED THIS WARNING MAY CAUSE
SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
SERVICE PROCEDURE:
Preparation:
1. The "Standard Drive Wheel" comes fully assembled and
ready for assembly to the Power Sweep.
