Operator’s Platform and Controls

Service 1.00_2006.03

Door Latch Adjustment

The door latch can be adjusted for correct engagement of
the hook. Once the hook is properly adjusted, the door
levers can be adjusted.

To access the latch, remove screws and washers, 1.
Slide cover, 2, off lever.

For vertical adjustment loosen screws, 1.

For forward/rearward (horizontal) adjustment, loosen
screws, 2.

With bottom of rod, 3, disconnected from bottom lever,
adjust actuator rod, 4, so lever, 5, is vertical.

Adjust bottom clevis, 1, so bottom lever is fully rotated
toward the center of the grader by the spring in the latch.
Ensure that sufficient lever travel exists to open the door.

Install latch cover with bolts and washers.
