Step 3: Attach drawbar to front frame with drawbar pin,
install pin retaining bolt, 3, and torque to
14.9 +/- 1.3 Nm (11 +/- 1 ft-lb).
Step 4: Connect drawbar hydraulic lines, 2, to front frame
hydraulic fittings, and torque to 25.8 +/- 1.3 Nm
(19 +/- 1 Ib-ft.). Install access plates, 1, and torque
mounting bolts to 47-53 Nm (35-39 Ib-ft.).
Circle
The circle, 1, attaches to the drawbar, 2, with four draw-
bar-mounted guide clamps, each with two horizontal set
screws and two vertical lock screws. Vertical
clearance, 3, between circle and drawbar is maintained
by shims, 4, secured to the drawbar at each guide with
the two vertical lock screws, providing for controlled fric-
tion and leveling points between drawbar and circle as
circle rotates. The circle is not normally removed unless
damaged.
Removal
Step 1: Align circle, 1, so that moldboard, 2, is
perpendicular to drawbar, 3.
Step 2: Support circle, 1, with hoist and chain.
